PEACHY CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 (16 oz.) can peach halves or slices
1 c. Open Pit barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Brush chicken with butter. Place in shallow pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and discard drippings. Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup syrup. Combine syrup, barbecue sauce and lemon juice. Pour over chicken and bake additional 30 minutes, basting often. Pour off liquid, arrange peaches and bake additional 30 minutes, basting often.
