HAROLD'S DELIGHT 
10 slices of day old white bread
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
10 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. cubed ham

Grease 9"x13" pan. Cut crust from bread and cut into cubes. Layer bread cubes in bottom of pan. Place shredded cheddar cheese over bread and then Monterey Jack cheese. Blend eggs, milk and salt. Pour over bread and cheese in pan. Spread ham over top and cover. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before baking. Take out at least 1/2 hour before baking to bring to room temperature. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
