CHICKEN-STEAK TERIYAKI 
1 1/2 c. Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
1/4 c. white cooking wine
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 pinch of ginger
1 flank steak or 4 boneless chicken breasts

Combine ingredients and marinate meat 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator, scoring the steak on both sides first if using beef.

Grill and brush remaining marinade over meat as it cooks. Slice steak into thin strips.
