1 c. lentils 6 c. cold water 1 sm. onion 1 potato Ham bone Wash lentils. Simmer in water with chopped onion and ham bone. Cut up potato and add when lentils are almost done. Add any leftover ham or some frankfurters. Add vinegar to taste. |
