1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg until blended. Press dough into 10 x 7 inch rectangular pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately put chocolate chips on top, then cover with foil. Let stand for 3 minutes and remove foil. Spread melted chocolate chips over entire surface and cut into 2 x 1 inch bars. Cool. Makes about 30 bars.
