RED SAUSAGE JAMBALAYA 
Olive oil
Bacon grease
2 c. onions
1 c. bell peppers
1/4 c. parsley
2 lb. smoked sausage
1 tsp. garlic
3 c. rice, uncooked
2 c. white wine
2 c. water
2 cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce
2 tsp. salt

Put a little olive oil in a pan and also add a little bacon grease. Add onions, peppers, and parsley. Add sausage and brown a little. Then add remaining ingredients; cover and cook on low heat.
