SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
8 split chicken breast
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
2 env. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot or peach jam or preserves

Place chicken in shallow greased baking dish. In another bowl, mix other ingredients and spread over chicken. Bake covered for 1 hour and uncovered, for 1 hour in a 300 degree oven.
