QUICHE LORRAINE 
1/2 lb. bacon, fried until crisp
1/4 lb. med. sharp cheese
3 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 unbaked frozen pie crust
Sliced mushrooms (optional)
Chopped green peppers (optional)
Chopped onions (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Crumble bacon into pie crust. Cover with cheese. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Stir and pour over bacon and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then lower oven temperature to 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
