POLYNESIAN SHRIMP 
1 med. pepper, sliced
1 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. can pineapple chunks
1 lb. cooked shrimp
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice

In skillet, cook pepper in water just until tender, add juices, soy sauce, and pineapple. Cook gently until thick, stirring constantly. Add shrimp. Heat thoroughly but gently. Serves 4.
