1 1/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. water
4 milk chocolate candy bars

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, soda and salt. Put ingredients in 9 x 9 inch pan, lightly greased. Make 3 holes in dry ingredients. In first hole put vegetable oil, in second hole put vinegar, in third hole put vanilla. Pour cold water over all. Stir thoroughly with fork until blended completely. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

After the cake is taken out of the oven, put the Hershey bars on cake, immediately while cake is hot. Wait a few minutes then spread for frosting.
