GREEN CHILE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/8 c. milk
1 lb. cheese, grated (Monterey & Cheddar mixed is good)
1 (4 oz.) diced green chilies

Cook rice. Mix with sour cream, milk and butter. Layer rice mixture, cheese and chilies in casserole. Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly.
