FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine egg whites, sugar, corn syrup, water, cream of tartar and salt in top of double boiler. Cook over rapidly boiling water, beating with rotary beater or electric mixer until mixture stands in peaks. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, continue beating until thick enough to spread.
