GINGER MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. gingersnap cookies, finely crushed
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. ginger

Combine meat, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, and gingersnaps; mix well. Form into 1-inch balls and brown in lightly greased skillet; drain. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and ginger; spoon over meatballs. Cover and cook 15 minutes, basting occasionally with juices.
