HOT CRABMEAT DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. backfin crab meat (packed in can found at meat counters, iced)
Dash of salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle some extra cheddar cheese on top and serve hot. Quick to prepare. Best if served with Triscuits.
