“KAHLUA KABOBS” IS IN:

KAHLUA KABOBS 
3 lbs. lean beef or lamb, cut in 1-inch strips or cubes
green or red pepper chunks
onions
cherry tomatoes
3/4 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1 oz. Kahlua
1 whole dried red chili pepper
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish

Skewer meat and vegetables. In blender, combine remaining ingredients; blend till smooth. Baste kabobs well.

Cook over charcoal or under broiler. Turn-baste till fork tender.

Cubes: 10-15 min. Strips: 5-10 min.

Serve extra sauce for dipping.

4-6 servings.
