RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. cut up rhubarb
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk

Mix rhubarb, sugar and flour. Beat egg yolks. Add milk, nutmeg and butter. Line pie plate with pastry. Fill with rhubarb mixture. Pour custard over it. Bake at 350 degrees until firm. Cover with meringue.
