1 pkg. English muffins, split
1 jar pizza sauce
sliced pepperoni
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
sliced mushrooms

Heat oven to 425°F. Place muffins cut side up on baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce on muffins. Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Top with pepperoni slices and mushrooms (or other toppings of your choice).

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
