SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. light cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 egg
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
Dash of pepper and nutmeg

Mix all the above ingredients together. Form into balls and place on a deep cookie sheet and bake in oven 350 degrees for 15 minutes or so turning meatballs occasionally. (Fast way to do.)

To make gravy - Use some of the drippings in a skillet and stir in 2 tablespoons flour and 3/4 cup canned condensed beef broth plus 1/4 cup water and 1/2 tsp. instant coffee. Put meatballs in a baking dish. Pour gravy over meatballs and cook in oven at 250 - 300 degrees for 1/2 hour, then serve. Easy.
