RICE PUDDING 
1 bag Minute Rice (boil - in - bag)
4 serving size pkg. Jello vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
3 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
Cinnamon and nutmeg

Boil rice as directed on package; set aside. Mix pudding mix, milk and egg in medium sauce pan. Bring to full boil on medium heat; stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in rice. Then pour into dessert dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve warm or chilled.
