RICE PUDDING 
1 "boil in bag" rice
1 (4 serving) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling
3 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Prepare rice as directed on package. Set aside. Mix pudding, milk, egg and raisins in medium saucepan. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in rice, mix well. Pour into bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve warm or chilled.
