QUICK REFRIGERATOR CUCUMBER
CHIPS
 
3 cucumbers, sliced thin (6 c.)
1 red pepper (1/2 inch strips)
1 onion, sliced thin
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dill seed

Combine above and leave 1 to 2 hours uncovered. Stir occasionally.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. white wine vinegar

Pour over cucumbers. Mix. Store in glass container covered. Refrigerate.
