SUGARLESS FLUFFY ICING 
1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine corn syrup, egg whites and salt in top of double boiler over boiling water and beat vigorously with rotary egg beater for 9 minutes or electric beater for 3 or 4 minutes. Mixture should be stiff enough to hold peaks. Remove from stove and add vanilla. Stir until blended, then quickly spread on cooled cake.
