3 egg whites 1/16 tsp. cream of tartar (just a pinch) 1 c. sugar 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers 1 c. ground pecans 1 tsp. vanilla Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tartar and beat in sugar. Fold in cracker crumbs and pecans. Add vanilla. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until firm--about 15 minutes. VERY GOOD! |
