GARDEN SLAW 
1 sm. onion, sliced & separated into rings
1/2 med. head cabbage, chopped
2 med. stalks celery, chopped (about 1 c.)
1 med. carrot, shredded (about 1/2 c.)
1 med. zucchini, sliced
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper

Reserve a few onion rings. Toss remaining onion rings, the cabbage, celery, carrot and zucchini. Heat remaining ingredients to boiling; boil and stir 1 minute. Toss with vegetables. Refrigerate 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Garnish with reserved onion rings. 8 servings.
