RABBIT IN BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 rabbit (about 3 lbs. ready to cook), cut into serving pieces
Flour
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. cooking oil
Barbecue sauce

Roll rabbit in mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Heat the oil and brown rabbit on all sides over moderate heat, about 20 minutes. Pour barbecue sauce over rabbit, cover pan.

Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Uncover the pan and place under broiler. Broil for 15 minutes or until meat is brown.
