STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lg. head of green cabbage
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can tomatoes, cut up
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
3/4 c. instant rice, uncooked

Core cabbage and boil entire head in large pan of water for about 10 minutes. Mix hamburger meat, onion, tomatoes, 1 can tomato sauce, and rice together. When cabbage si done, remove each leaf. Put a large spoon of mixture in each leaf and roll up. Place in large stew pot. Add the other can of tomato sauce and 2 cans of water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for about 40 minutes. If you have cabbage left over, cut and place on top of the cabbage rolls.
