FRIED RICE 
2 c. cooked white rice, cold
3 strips of bacon, crumbled
Chopped onion, mushrooms, carrots, celery, desired amount, fry with 1 tbsp. oil

Add rice. Stir in soy sauce to taste. Add 1 egg, stir. Add salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste. Stir. Add frozen peas if desired.
