SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained well)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
1 pkg. Knorr day vegetable soup mix
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped fine

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.

1 Hawaiian bread or tropical fruit bread

Cut or tear out center of bread to make bowl. Place bowl (bread) on platter. Put mixed dip into bowl and serve with cut out pieces of bread. (Arrange bread pieces around bread/bowl on platter.)
