STUFFED POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes, cut in half lengthwise
2 c. ground meat, cooked
1 finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 cooked carrot
1 stick cooked celery
Salt and pepper

Peel and empty raw potatoes to obtain deep shells. Brown onions in butter, add meat, salt and pepper. Mash vegetables; blend in meat and fill potatoes with mixture. Heat oil in a large pot and add potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat for approximately 40 minutes. Potatoes should be well done.
