CHICKEN FAJITAS 
4 whole (3 oz.) each boneless breast halves
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 pinch garlic minced
2 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
4 whole round flour tortilla
4 whole sliced cheddar cheese, slice in strips

In plastic bag, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic and bouillon, add chicken. Marinade in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade, grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade. Slice chicken into strips, place on tortilla. Top with cheese and one or more garnishes, fold tortilla. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.

Garnishes: chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced green onions. Makes 4 servings.
