EGG CUSTARD 
3 eggs (medium to large)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tsp. plain flour
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. carnation milk
1 stick butter

Blend together eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour in deep dish Pyrex sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

1 can coconut may be added to make coconut custard.
