APRICOT BALLS 
1 lb. dried apricots, ground fine
1/4 c. orange juice
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped

Cook all ingredients except nuts in double boiler for 30 minutes, stirring often. Add nuts. Cook 5 minutes more. Cool. Form into small balls and roll in powdered sugar. If first sugar is absorbed too much sift more over the balls later.
