ONE PAN BANANA BREAD 
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe banana (about 3 lg.)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom of 9- x 5- x 3-inch loaf pan. Stir all ingredients in pan with fork until moistened. Beat vigorously for 1 minute. Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 55 to 65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around side of loaf to loosen. Remove from pan. (If loaf sticks to pan, press gently on sides of loaf with knife or metal spatula.)
