1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
3/4 c. Chiffon butter
1 1/2 c. crushed pecans

Mix flour and butter first, then add pecans. Press in a 9 x 12 inch or 11 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes; cool.

LAYER 1:
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix sugar and cream cheese, then add Cool Whip. Spread on crust.

LAYER 2:
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
2 c. milk

Mix milk and pudding mixes until thick. Spread on cheese layer.

LAYER 3:
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 Hershey bar, grated

Spread Cool Whip on pudding layer. Grate Hershey bar on top. Refrigerate.
