1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 env. Good Seasons Ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 c. chopped red pepper, optional
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thaw & drain
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and ranch mix. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Makes about 3 1/4 cups of dip. Great with chips or vegetables!
