SCALLOPED CHICKEN 
1 (4 lb.) hen, cooked and chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. cubed cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
6 c. chicken broth
4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix all ingredients except crackers and pour into large baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
