SEDONA HONEY FRENCH DRESSING 
2/3 c. olive oil (you can vary different varieties according to your own taste)
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1/4 c. liquid honey
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Whisk vinegar, honey, salt, pepper and mustard, then whisk to emulsify oil. Serve over fresh salad greens. Makes 1 cup.
