FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (9") crust
2 kiwi
2 bananas
1 can sliced peaches
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. Cool Whip
2 sticks butter
6 tbsp. sugar (fructose)
2 c. flour
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. can pineapple juice

CRUST:

In skillet, melt butter, 6 tablespoons sugar and flour. Pour dough into pizza pan. Spread out. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.

TOPPING:

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and Cool Whip together. Spread over cooled crust. Soak bananas in pineapple juice. Drain peaches, spread over cream cheese mixture. Layer other fruits as desired. Pour glaze over fruit.

GLAZE:

Mix orange juice, lemon juice and cornstarch. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. When it thickens, pour over fruit.
