ESCALLOPED CHICKEN 
3 cooked chicken breasts, cut into pieces
Bread
White American cheese, sliced
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
Corn flake crumbs, buttered

Butter a shallow casserole dish. Line bottom of casserole with bread. Cover bread with sliced white American cheese, then with cut up chicken.

Beat 4 eggs and 2 cups milk together and pour over cheese, bread, and chicken. Refrigerate overnight or for several hours.

When ready to bake cover with buttered corn flakes. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
