RASPBERRY BARS 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
8 oz. raspberry jam

Cut butter into flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix with egg. Pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread with jam.

TOPPING:

1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together. Spread or crumble on top of jam. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Cut into bars.
