PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 (4 oz.) can pineapple slices, drained
Maraschino cherries, halved
1 pkg. pineapple supreme cake mix
Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 13"x9"x2" pan. Sprinkle brown sugar in pan. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries. Mix cake as directed with 1 1/3 cups water and 2 eggs. Pour batter over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes for topping to set. Then turn upside down on cookie sheet. Garnish with whipped cream.
