PUMPKIN BREAD #2 
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
2 c. (1 lb. can) pumpkin

Sift dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, soda, nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon) together. Mix liquid ingredients (eggs, oil, water, and pumpkin) together in separate bowl. Add liquids to dry and mix until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees. Muffins--20-25 minutes; little muffins--12 minutes; loaves--1 hour (check after 50 minutes).
