FLOUR TORTILLAS 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
5 tbsp. shortening
About 6 oz. hot water

Mix all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add shortening, mix shortening into flour mixture using hand. Add hot water a little at a time and work into a dough. You'll have a nice not too soft dough. Let dough rest for about 5 minutes. Divide dough into 10 balls; roll out into 6-8 inch circles and cook on top of stove in a skillet or griddle.
