PUMPKIN CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 pkg. graham crackers, crumbled
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn to 250 degrees for 1 hour.
