FUDGE MARBLE BARS | |
1 c. butter 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate 4 eggs 1 c. flour 2 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped walnuts 8 oz. cream cheese 2 tsp. vanilla Grease 13x9 inch pan. Soften cream cheese. In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate. With a wire whisk, add 2 cups sugar and 3 eggs until well blended. With spoon add flour, salt, nuts and 1 tsp. vanilla. Evenly spread in pan. In small bowl and with mixer, beat cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla until mixed. Beat at medium for 2 minutes. Drop in dollops on top of batter. With tip of knife, criss cross. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Clean toothpick - it's done. |
