2 bags of fresh cranberries, chopped medium fine
2 cans pineapple chunks, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
Coconut
Miniature marshmallows
Pecans, chopped
Whipping cream, whipped, non sweet

Sugar down chopped cranberries overnight then drain excess moisture if runny. Beat whipping cream until pretty stiff not runny. Blend all ingredients above and chill. Great for Thanksgiving as a salad or dessert.
