12 oz. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter (preferably smooth)
12 oz. box Rice or Corn Chex cereal
1 lb. powdered sugar

Melt first 3 ingredients in large pan; add cereal. Stir until cereal is well coated. Place powdered sugar in brown paper grocery bag. Add coated cereal to bag. Take outside and shake bag until all pieces of cereal are coated with sugar. Enjoy!
