QUICK YEAST ROLLS | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 1/4 c. warm water 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. vegetable oil Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Mix together. Make well in center. Add yeast mixture, oil and buttermilk; mix well. Spoon into muffin tins. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Bake as many as you want. Rest of dough can be kept in the refrigerator up to 5 days. Just take out of refrigerator as desired, spoon into muffin tins; let rise and bake. |
