RANCH STYLE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 boiled chicken, boned & cut into pieces
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (9 oz.) bag tortilla chips
8 hard boiled eggs
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Saute onion in butter. To make sauce, add soups, tomatoes, cumin, oregano and chili powder and simmer for 15 minutes. Cover bottom of 9"x13" greased Pyrex dish with broken tortilla chips. Add a layer of chicken, sliced eggs, sauce, cheese. Repeat and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
