LEMON DRUMSTICKS 
12 chicken drumsticks
1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. chicken broth

Dip drumsticks in lemon juice and rub the juice into the skin. Reserve leftover lemon juice. Combine flour, salt and paprika in paper bag. Add drumsticks and shake to coat. Brown drumsticks, 6 at a time, on all sides in hot oil in 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Place drumsticks in 12 x 9 x 2 inch (3 quart) baking dish. Sprinkle with reserved lemon juice, brown sugar and lemon rind. Place a lemon slice on each drumstick. Pour chicken broth into dish. Bake at 375 degrees 35 minutes or until tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
